A system and method for establishing communication between a plurality of Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The method includes receiving a request from a first device to communicate with a second device via a server. The server identifies the first device and its corresponding module among a list of modules based on the received request, and relays the request to that module. The server then identifies the second device and its corresponding module, and communication is established between the corresponding module of the first device and the corresponding module of the second device.
