The APeople operating model

AI People are defined as roles, not chatbots — with a job description, a scope of authority, and an escalation path.

An AI role needs the same clarity a human hire does: what it owns, what it may decide alone, and when it must escalate.

Defining APeople as roles makes capacity planning obvious. You staff a function with a mix of humans and AI People and measure the function, not the tool.

Governance follows naturally: every action is attributable to a role, logged, reversible, and reviewable.
